This is a hypothetical redesign project I did of Microsoft’s Mixer’s website. My goal was to identify specific insights based off of research I conducted. In order to capture real and unbiased thoughts, I asked individuals who have never been on Mixer’s website to browse the site as I took notes. These individuals have no design background and may or may not have been familiar with streaming services. I asked them to vocalize their thoughts as they perused the pages.
